Growth Marketing Manager

Who we are

At nomtek, we are a bit atypical when it comes to defining our growth. We don’t want to enlarge the company too much but rather keep our size. We are a team of hyper-empowered individuals with world-class skills in mobile and XR product development.

Seeing growth potential elsewhere, we want to keep our organization mid-size which will give us more business opportunities to absorb. Then we can be more picky when choosing clients we "employ" to work with us. As a result, we can work with 100% honesty and passion and make sure that the digital products we build together are not only good but great.

Our ongoing growth challenge is having a performance marketing baseline as a business safety net for creating a brand image that outlines how "strange" we are so that more top minds know that we exist. We call it balancing the "protect the flag" and "capture the flag" activities to keep growing in a nomtek-like manner.

Role & responsibilities_


  • Grow the brand and grow the business mainly on foreign markets (US, Western Europe) in a renewable way
  • Generate high-quality leads — we don't want low-intent emails but a reliable stream of high-intent leads
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to create a content strategy that will result in high-quality leads -> business relationships
  • Develop key marketing/PR initiatives in collaboration with the Growth team
  • Turn relationships with internal and external clients, partners, and stakeholders into impactful stories that strengthen the brand
  • Take care of Nomtek’s visibility in media — building and developing relationships with key media contacts and proactively securing media opportunities
  • Analyze industry data, consumer research, channel performance and competitive initiatives to make recommendations on actions or implications for the business
  • Experiment in marketing and PR area — put a hypothesis and then test it with specified actions
  • Present leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals. We’re all seniors — top-down management won’t work
  • Keep transparency levels high while ensuring strategy is executed 
  • Be a mentor and facilitator

Soft skills_

  • Interpersonal skills to build strong and influential relationships across cross-functional team members
  • Min. 5 years of experience in a similar position (Marketing Growth Manager/Head of Growth) in the IT industry. Experience working in a premium services company is preferred
  • Strong commercial acumen and an in-depth understanding of IT Industry 
  • Experience in cooperating with USA market (in business and marketing/PR)
  • Knowledge of leading generation and tech channels e.g., Clutch, Techcrunch
  • Strategic planning abilities to come up with effective solutions
  • The ability to form strong and trusting relationships with stakeholders
  • The ability to cope with change and adapt to different work environments
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to manage, mentor and motivate highly successful and mature teams
  • Willing to get their hands dirty and jump into the details if needed (hands on attitude) 
  • Empathy and openness
  • Excellent english written and verbal skills (C1)

Nice to have_

  • Experience in EX technology
  • Work experience in PR/Marketing agency 
  • Digital Journalism background
  • Experience in working in a flat structure company 
  • Sales background (B2B)
