Job description

We’re looking for an experienced full-time B2B Sales Manager.

As a Sales Manager at nomtek, you’ll be actively reaching out to clients and supporting them in their digital transformation initiatives. You have a knack for client-facing work and can advise on solutions that address client pain points and business needs. You know how to analyze client ideas and refine them into digital products.

Role & responsibilities_

  • Acquiring new clients (Sectors: e-commerce, ed-tech, mobility, health; Tech stack: mobile, web, machine learning; Services: team augmentation, product development)
  • Building deep relationships with our customers by understanding their product needs
  • Consulting industry clients on strategic product / tech decisions
  • Inbound + Outbound sales
  • Exploring and bringing up new innovative ways of doing sales
  • Accompany clients from first contact to off boarding along the whole customer journey
  • Inspire clients to go beyond the obvious and require new technologies or product approaches
  • Business travels ( Europe, USA)
  • Working in collaboration with Sales Manager for AR / XR and Marketplaces

Requirements_

  • Have 5+ years in successful enterprise sales / account management
  • Self-starter with a hands-on working methodology
  • Practical knowledge of the IT market
  • Product-driven mindset
  • Having history of making customers stick and come back for more
  • Understanding of lean startup; comfortable with terms like scrum, design thinking, design sprint, pirate metrics, funnel, conversion rate.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • BS/MS degree
