What was the problem?_

The idea was to create a platform that helps everyone to live a more fit and healthy life. They needed an additional channel to access their online services. 

They wanted to allow their clients to be able to quickly join fitness programs, view training videos and nutrition instructions, as well as provide statistical data.



What we have done_

For a start, nomtek had organized the workshops in order to establish an optimal process for easy user onboarding and appropriate task prioritization. Together we have decided to build the MVP of the mobile application, which quickly became very successful and was a foundation for a startup. Finally, was promptly bought by the ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE group.


What we have learned_

Delivering a seamless experience that facilitates user motivation for becoming a healthier self is a challenge. The motivated and experienced team was essential to ensure smooth communication and overcome complexity.

Quick-release of the MVP and data analysis allowed the team to improve and scale the app so well that Gymondo became really popular and appreciated, Their user base counts in hundreds of thousands with ratings over 4.8 stars. Also, the app was recognized as one of the best sports apps in 2016
