Senior XR Developer
Job Description
Are you a tech-savvy problem solver who wants to explore the potential of headsets like Apple Vision Pro or Meta Quest? As a part of our team, you'll play a crucial role in advancing XR business productivity applications and be at the forefront of innovation in this exciting field.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and develop interactive XR experiences for the latest devices.
- Optimize XR applications for performance, scalability, and compatibility across different devices and platforms.
- Identify potential technical opportunities and risks and work together as a team to find solutions.
- Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts to showcase the capabilities of our solutions and address specific client use cases.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance for prospective clients during presales meetings, workshops, and presentations.
- Work closely with the sales team to qualify leads and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Requirements
- Unity experience in business application development.
- Familiarity with different VR/XR headsets.
- Experience in creating UI in Unity (forms, buttons, screens, etc.).
- Ability to program 3D applications.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
- Experience or willingness to learn Zenject or other Dependency Injection frameworks.
- Experience in writing Unit and E2E tests.
- Fluency (at least C1 level) in both English and Polish.

- Experience in game development.
- Experience in building iOS applications with SwiftUI.
- Knowledge of 3D math (e.g. rotations, vectors).
- Shaders development.
- VFX creation.
- RealityKit framework experience.
- Experience with VR training applications.
