Helping Extradom create a mobile sales channel
Extradom is a popular real estate website that offers house plans. Nomtek worked with Extradom to create an iOS app that would help the company improve sales and gain a wider reach.
Extradom was founded in 2000 and has served over 100,000 customers to date. It’s one of the leading e-commerce websites selling house plans in Poland. Over the years, the company has grown to now provide comprehensive house-building services with a 3D project creator, custom house planning, land maps, and many more.
When reviewing analytics, the owners of Extradom discovered that a lot of the traffic was coming from mobile phones, with 90% from Android.
The customers could enter and browse the desktop website on a mobile phone, but Extradom wasn’t satisfied with the user experience and the lack of engagement opportunities in that approach.
To improve the user experience, reach a broader audience, and meet the growing traffic coming from mobile, Extradom decided to build a native mobile application for Android.
The application would let customers browse through a vast database of house plans and customize their searches. Customers would also be able to contact a sales representative directly from the app to further discuss the details.

Extradom for Android lets customers browse through thousands of house plans and use advanced filters to narrow down their expectations. Customers interested in a particular house plan can call a sales rep to book the project directly from the mobile application.
Extradom was among the top 5 apps in the home & living category on Google Play. The app has over 50,000 downloads.
A year after the app release, Extradom and the company’s mobile app were sold to Domodi Group.
