Dubai has a great number of facilities worth visiting, offering health, fitness, and well-being activities. But a lot of the available services are simply difficult to find or book conveniently. Switch & Co wanted to tap into the unrealized potential hidden in the populous city.
What Switch & Co needed to help users find and participate in a variety of locally hosted activities was a booking app. A convenient and secure app with a payment solution and intuitive event filtering and booking capabilities could help users of Switch & Co explore Dubai from a health-oriented perspective.

To make the application successful, we did extensive product discovery and design workshops. Thanks to an in-depth analysis of the market need, we identified business cases and the so-called mobile moments — all of it without a single line of code. Data-driven research helped us build a solid business roadmap that has directly influenced the app’s success.

Upon product launch, Switch & Co was acquiring 1,000 new users every 16 days, with an average of 3 bookings per user. Switch & Co also received Men's Health Award as one of the best fitness apps.
