Our client is a global leader in the HR industry, specializing in personnel consulting and temporary employment services. We've developed an employee management mobile application, and now we have a new goal ahead of us connected with developing a separate module for candidates seeking job opportunities.
We're currently in search of a skilled Android Developer to join our project team and make a valuable contribution to our continued achievements. If you're passionate about developing high-performance, scalable, and secure applications, we want to hear from you.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a product owner, scrum master, testers, and other developers to understand project requirements and contribute to the overall app design.
- Develop and maintain Android applications, ensuring they are robust, responsive, and optimized for performance.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
- Debug and resolve issues, and performance bottlenecks within the Android applications.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Android development trends, tools, and technologies.
- Optimize applications for different Android devices and versions.
- Ensure the security of our Android applications by implementing best security practices and addressing vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with QA engineers to conduct thorough testing and ensure the quality of the apps.
- Continuously improve the user experience by identifying and implementing UI/UX enhancements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Android app development, with a strong portfolio of published apps.
- Proficiency in Kotlin programming language, clean architecture and MVVMi.
- Solid understanding of the Android SDK, Android Studio, and the Android development ecosystem.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and web services integration.
- Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
- Experience with Jetpack Compose.
- Proficiency in using following libraries:
- Koin
- Coroutines
- Room
- Retrofit
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies is a plus.
- English level min. B2, pref. C1., Polish level native
