AI Workshop Approach
We ran a 4-hour workshop, with a focused pre-workshop prep, inspired by Jake Knapp’s Foundation Sprint format but was adapted to fit Vogue’s context and needs. This made it easier to spark creative thinking while keeping the process light and manageable.
The workshop began with accessible pre-workshop briefings, including a dedicated session led by our AI Strategist where he shared insights about AI’s possibilities in fashion and beyond. This gave Vogue Singapore’s team a clear view of current AI capabilities and use cases. With this grounding, participants then collaboratively developed ideas that were both innovative and realistically implementable.
The process prioritized clear, practical outcomes, facilitating smooth collaboration despite a significant time zone difference. Vogue’s team comfortably navigated AI opportunities, resulting in four refined and feasible digital engagement concepts.
