A custom internal platform that centralizes financial management, staffing, operations, and analytics into a single secure system. Built to support daily decision-making, reduce manual work, and give leadership a clear view of the business in real time.
As we grew, relying on disconnected tools for finance, staffing, invoicing, HR, and planning became a bottleneck. Data lived in multiple systems, updates were manual, and key decisions required stitching together information from different sources.
We designed and built a single internal platform that became the backbone of company operations. The system brings together financial data, project allocation, invoicing, HR processes, and performance insights, allowing teams to work from one source of truth. Security was a priority from day one, as the platform handles sensitive financial and employee data.
The result is a robust operational system that supports planning, execution, and long-term decision-making without slowing teams down.

The project focused on building a secure, scalable internal platform that could support multiple business areas without becoming brittle or overcomplicated. We designed the system as a modular monolith, allowing individual domains to evolve independently while remaining tightly integrated. Beyond development, the work required careful modeling of business processes, strong performance optimization for critical workflows, and clear access control to protect sensitive data.
System architecture and security model
Designed a modular backend architecture with strict access control, separating internal and public-facing functionality and protecting sensitive data behind VPN access.
Financial operations and forecasting
Built tools for managing revenue, costs, commissions, payouts, and cash flow, combined with real-time financial overviews and historical comparisons.
Invoicing and payment tracking
Automated client invoicing and payment monitoring, integrating time tracking and accounting systems to reduce manual effort and errors.
