Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, driven, and results-oriented B2B Marketing Manager to lead our marketing engine and drive revenue growth. In this role, you will act as both a strategist and a hands-on architect, translating high-level business goals into actionable marketing roadmaps.

You will bridge the gap between high-level growth marketing (including lead generation) and engaging content. Partnering with an in-house developer, you will co-create AI agents and advanced workflows to build a highly qualified SQL pipeline with a business-outcome mindset.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Marketing Operations & Sales Enablement: Manage the marketing budget, backlog, and performance. Partner with Sales and Account Management to deliver customized pitch decks and enablement assets that drive revenue.
  • Lead Generation & Paid Campaigns: Plan and execute B2B growth strategies (ABM, outbound) to build a predictable SQL pipeline. Run Google Ads (Search/Retargeting) and optimize conversion funnels.
  • Content & AI-Era Search (SEO/GEO): Oversee high-quality long-form content, thought leadership, and client case studies. Optimize assets for traditional search engines and AI models (AI Overviews, LLMs).
  • Omnichannel Distribution & Community: Direct content distribution across LinkedIn, newsletters, and relevant subreddits, building an authentic brand presence in industry communities.
  • Webflow CMS & UX: Manage content assets and rapidly launch landing pages from pre-made components within Webflow CMS, ensuring strong conversion-rate optimization and UX structure.
  • Automation & Tech Stack: In cooperation with a seasoned developer, lead the integration of automation platforms (Make, Zapier, n8n) and AI-assisted workflows to maximize team efficiency and shorten time-to-market.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Growth marketing - strong focus on growth activities, ABM, outbound, and lead generation.
  • Strong understanding of GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and how AI search engines extract information.
  • Hands-on experience with Webflow CMS and building pages from components.
  • Familiarity with paid acquisition (Google Ads) and B2B lead generation tools (HubSpot, Apollo).
  • A hacker mindset: experience with automation tools (Make/Zapier/n8n) and leveraging AI to scale output without sacrificing quality.
  • Experience in the IT services sector is a strong asset.
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills, with the ability to interview clients and turn technical jargon into engaging stories.
  • Fluent English (C1/C2 level) and excellent command of Polish.
